|  History of PILBA Thirty years ago, local retailers joined together to form what is now known as PILBA. The organization focuses on seasonal marketing, semi-annual networking socials, quarterly newsletters, government lobbying for issues that affect our members, and sponsorship of several local events such as A Taste of the Tidelands and the Pawleys Pavilion Reunion. Currently PILBA has 215 active members from a variety of industries. |
