South Island Ferry, 10 miles southeast of Georgetown at the Introcoastal Waterway. Three-hour vehicle tour around the Cat Islands and South island depicting the ecology and history. Look for deer, alligators, ducks, eagles and other wildlife. Tuesday afternoons. No charge.

Waccamaw Neck Bikeway-Bike the Neck
Portions of a planned 27 mile multi-purpose path from Murrells Inlet to Georgetown are complete in North Litchfield and Litchfield by the Sea along Willbrook Blvd. and between the North and South Causeways at Pawleys, parallel to Ocean Hwy 17. The path is also complete through Murrells Inlet. Helmets requested please.
